Explore Karo Creator ClubWe plan holidays across India and overseas, and the honest truth is that a well-cut reel of Tawang in October does more for a traveller's decision than any brochure we could write. So rather than commission stock footage of places we love, we would rather work with the people already out there making it.
The Club is a standing list, not a one-off campaign. You apply once. We read every application ourselves — no form-filling bot at the other end — and when a trip comes up that suits your platform, your audience and the kind of work you do, we write to you with the specifics: the route, the dates, what is covered, what is expected and what, if anything, is paid.
Some collaborations are hosted trips. Some are a discounted seat on a group departure. Some are simply paid work on a shoot we are already running. What every one of them has in common is that it is written down before anyone commits to anything.
If you make something worth watching, reading or listening to about a place, you are the kind of person we are looking for.
What is on the table depends on the trip and on the fit. Here is the full range of what a collaboration with us can include.
Depending on the departure, a fully hosted place on a trip or a creator rate on one of our group itineraries. Which one applies is written into the brief before you say yes.
On collaborations that call for it, we arrange the stay, the internal travel and the on-ground coordination, so your time goes into the work and not into logistics.
Access to routes, properties, experiences and local people we already work with — including places that are hard to reach on your own, and the guides who actually know them.
Where it suits both sides, we introduce creators to the hotels, resorts and experience partners in our network for their own campaigns.
Some briefs are straightforward paid work — a shoot, a set of deliverables, an agreed fee. When a brief is paid, the fee and the deliverables are agreed in writing first.
Your work credited and shared across our own channels and our website, and your name in front of an audience that is planning a holiday right now.
Not every creator gets every one of these. What applies to you is agreed trip by trip, in writing, before anything is confirmed.
Where you start depends on your work and the fit, not on a follower threshold. Creators move between these over time.
The starting point for most creators. Project by project, with no ongoing commitment on either side.

Tiers are not a queue you wait in. Where a creator sits is reviewed as the work develops, and the terms of every collaboration are confirmed in writing before it starts.
Short list, and none of it is a surprise.
The number of reels, posts, photographs or words in the brief, delivered by the date in the brief. If something goes wrong on the road, tell us — that is fine. Silence is not.

Where a trip is hosted or paid, disclose it. Indian advertising rules require it and, quite apart from that, it is the reason your audience believes you.
